JOB SUMMARY:  We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on AI integration to join our team. This role will drive innovation by embedding AI capabilities into both our user-facing platform and internal operations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance and maintain AI-driven features on our platform, including our RAG-based chatbot and similar tools.
  • Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations for customer-facing AI solutions.
  • Build internal MS365 Copilot agents to streamline departmental workflows.
  • Create predictive models in Microsoft Fabric using Python, leveraging 10+ years of historical data for insights such as financial wellness predictions, and integrate these models into user-facing tools.
  • Incorporate AI into our BI stack (Microsoft Fabric and Power BI) for advanced analytics and decision-making.
  • Stay current with AI trends, tools, and announcements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

OUR TECH STACK

  • Languages: C#, React (primary), Python (for AI and Fabric)
  • Platforms: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI
  • AI Tools: Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong expertise in AI development, including prompt engineering and maximizing model performance.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI and familiarity with Microsoft Foundry.
  • Proficiency in Python for data modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Working knowledge of C# and React (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with MCP setup and integration.
  • Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead in AI advancements.
